ArchonLeaks

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 5, 2026. This policy outlines our design, architecture, and commitments to your complete anonymity.

1. Zero-Log Architecture

At ArchonLeaks, our systems are built from the ground up to guarantee privacy. We do not collect, store, or log any personal information, IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, or telemetry data. When you visit our website, your session is completely untracked.

2. End-to-End Encryption & Security

Any submission details you send through the platform are local-first. We recommend sending reports via secure, encrypted channels. Submissions to our compliance email are handled via end-to-end PGP-encrypted mailboxes.

  • Zero Storage: Reports sent via our secure mail infrastructure are directly forwarded to designated compliance handlers and are not cached on intermediate web servers.
  • Metadata Stripping: Any standard HTTP logs generated by standard network firewalls are automatically purged every 24 hours.

3. Whistleblower Protection Standards

Our policies align with global whistleblower protection frameworks, including the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). We actively resist data disclosure requests, and our stateless infrastructure ensures that we have no identity records or connection logs to hand over to third parties.

4. Changes to This Policy

Due to our commitment to minimal data retention, we do not have a mailing list to notify you of changes. We encourage users to check this page periodically for updates. Any modifications will be posted here with an updated effective date.
